§ 01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and Wira888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wira888.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile experiences, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Service, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Service and, if applicable, request closure of your account.

§ 02Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real money deposits and any applicable bonus credits separately indicated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by the Platform subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User to their Account via an approved payment method, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to and use of online gambling services is unlawful.
• "Service" means the online casino, sports betting, live dealer, and associated services provided by Wira888 through the Platform.

§ 03Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Wira888, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. Be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
2. Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
3. Not be accessing the Service from a Prohibited Territory;
4. Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with Wira888 or any gambling regulatory body;
5. Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Wira888 or any of its affiliate companies, game studios, or payment processing partners;
6. Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
7. Be of sound mind and be aware that gambling involves the risk of loss.

§ 04Account Registration & Security

Each eligible person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any balance therein, and may be reported to the relevant licensing authority.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify Wira888 immediately of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your name, address, payment details, or email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Wira888 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be attributed to you, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have immediately notified us of a security breach.

§ 05Know Your Customer (KYC)

Wira888 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity and address of all Account Holders prior to the processing of any withdrawal. The KYC process may also be initiated at any time at Wira888's sole discretion, including in connection with a significant deposit, unusual account activity, or a compliance review.

Users will be required to submit the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence — unexpired, clearly legible on both sides;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the previous three (3) months and showing your registered name and address;
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face;
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of document submission. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. Wira888 accepts no liability for withdrawal delays arising from a User's failure to provide complete and accurate KYC documentation in a timely manner.

§ 06Deposits & Payment Methods

Wira888 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following approved payment methods available to Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow instant transfer
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect

The minimum deposit amount is RM30.00 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is RM30,000.00, subject to the limits imposed by the respective payment provider. Wira888 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time by updating this page.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Wira888 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or scheduled maintenance windows.

§ 07Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in your own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds must be fully met;
• Your Account must be in good standing with no pending fraud investigations or compliance reviews;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available withdrawable balance;
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50.00. Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: RM30,000.00, subject to periodic review.

Typical processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — five (5) to thirty (30) minutes; DuitNow — typically within fifteen (15) minutes; FPX bank transfers — one (1) to three (3) business hours. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or scheduled maintenance.

Wira888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are indications of unusual account activity. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

§ 08Bonuses & Promotions

Wira888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of each offer:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have successfully completed account registration and, where specified, KYC verification;
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Account, per household, and per IP address, unless the offer expressly states otherwise;
• Wira888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus credits will be clearly separated from real money funds in your Account balance display;
• Birthday Bonus tiers (Bronze MYR 188 / Silver MYR 388 / Gold MYR 888 / VIP Diamond MYR 2,688) are credited automatically to eligible Accounts on the Account Holder's registered date of birth, subject to VIP tier status and a minimum Account age of thirty (30) days;
• Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited upon the referred Player's first qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit is defined as a first deposit of RM30 or more by the referred Player. The referring Player's Account must be in good standing at the time the bonus is credited.

§ 09Wagering Requirements

Any bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the offer details at the time the bonus is awarded or claimed.

The following general rules apply to the fulfilment of wagering requirements on Wira888:

• Only bets placed with bonus funds (not real money funds) contribute towards wagering requirement completion, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer;
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as blackjack and baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution rates are disclosed in each offer's specific terms;
• Any bets that are voided, cancelled, or drawn do not contribute towards wagering requirements;
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the offer terms;
• Wagering requirements are non-transferable and cannot be shared between Accounts.

§ 10Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Wira888 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers under studio conditions. The outcomes of all games are determined independently and are not influenced by the Platform, by Wira888, or by any external party.

The rules applicable to each individual game are displayed within the game interface or accessible via an information panel within the game. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server outages, disconnection, software errors, or display errors — Wira888 reserves the right to void any round or rounds affected by the malfunction and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. The decision of Wira888 regarding any disputed game result is final, subject to the complaint procedure outlined in Section 18.

§ 11Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Wira888 Platform. Any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance, without prejudice to any legal action Wira888 may elect to pursue:

• Creating more than one Account, or creating an Account in another person's name;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Service if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such vulnerabilities must be reported to Wira888 immediately;
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including live dealer or sports betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity;
• Using the Service for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit after using the funds for wagering;
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner towards Wira888 staff or other Players.

§ 12Intellectual Property

All content on the Wira888 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game content, software, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Wira888 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Wira888.

§ 13Privacy & Data Protection

Wira888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Wira888 processes personal data only as necessary for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Your personal data will not be sold to third-party marketing entities.

§ 14Responsible Gambling

Wira888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its Service. We provide a range of tools to assist Players in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that restrict the amount they can add to their Account within a defined period;
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to restrict the amount they can lose within a defined period;
• Session Timers: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to be excluded from the Service for a defined or indefinite period may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

§ 15Platform Availability

Wira888 endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times; however, the Service may be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control. Wira888 provides no warranty regarding uninterrupted access to the Service and accepts no liability for loss of access, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from Platform downtime.

Wira888 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. In the event of a permanent discontinuation of the Service, Wira888 will provide Players with a reasonable period in which to withdraw their available Account balances.

§ 16Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wira888, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

Wira888's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or the Service shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that User to their Account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

§ 17Amendments to Terms

Wira888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a material amendment is made, Wira888 will endeavour to notify active Players via the registered email address on their Account.

Continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

§ 18Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wira888 holds its international online gaming licence. The Platform operates under international online gaming licensing frameworks, and disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement are subject to the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable licensing authority.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute, Players are encouraged to contact Wira888 customer support to seek an informal resolution. Our team will endeavour to respond to all complaints within four (4) business hours and to resolve them within five (5) business days.

Wira888 acknowledges that online gambling exists in a legal grey area under Malaysian law. Malaysian Players access and use the Service at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and Players are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if they have concerns regarding their local legal obligations.
